Service Description

There is so much today that distracts students in the classroom, making it challenging to focus. Given the high level of stressors, students are showing signs of fatigue (brain fog, immobility, and emotional overload). Certified therapists, and life coaches help students reframe, become self-motivated, energized, moving forward with increased confidence, positive habits, and renewed hope for the future.
