Fight or flight responses are triggered by any perceived risk and disrupts cognitive development. The prefrontal cortex is developing well past the age of 20, but today studies reflect development is even more delayed. Teens learn EFS (Executive Function skills) when opportunities are presented through action-oriented events (doing). We create data driven, customized plans for families, helping create opportunities for your teen to develop stronger skills in cognitive functionality, thus rendering and expediting a more effective learning process.
